It all started with a dream

Our journey began with the acquisition of this monastery, abandoned for over a century. For 15 years, the Tommasino family has transformed a family farmhouse into a celebrated destination, restoring rooms, cultivating Primitivo vineyards, and nurturing olive groves. Rooted in Puglia but with years spent in Milan, the family felt an undeniable pull to reconnect with their heritage. This project is a labor of love, offering guests a glimpse into Puglia’s soul through tradition, hospitality, and innovation.

Our sister agriturismo spans 150 hectares of fertile countryside, home to vineyards, olive groves, wheat fields, fruit orchards, and vibrant summer vegetable gardens. Here, we produce our own wine, olive oil, flour, marmalades, and gin—each crafted with respect for the land, seasonal rhythms, and long-standing agricultural traditions.
